Who's Cooking Dinner?

Monday 8 March 2010

Michelin-starred chefs line-up to support the specialist Leukaemia centre at Hammersmith Hospital.

Who's Cooking Dinner? logo*‘Who’s Cooking Dinner?' has been one of the most exclusive events in the London food world for over a decade. On Monday 8 March 2010, twenty top chefs will prepare a meal for 200 diners who can than also bid for the culinary masters to cook dinner in their home. The event will be held at The Langham, London to raise money for the ‘Leuka Appeal’ at Hammersmith Hospital.

To date, this cooking extravaganza has raised over £3.1 million for the specialist leukaemia centre at Hammersmith Hospital, and continues to make a real difference to the lives of leukaemia patients both here in the UK and abroad.

All proceeds from the night will go towards funding additional research at the centre, which has built an international reputation for innovation and advances in treatment.

Bunbury Dinner

To celebrate Beefy's 25 years of fundraising we would like to invite you all to the Bunbury dinner.

This year’s dinner and drinks reception will take place on Thursday 6 May 2010 at Grosvenor House Hotel, London. Host Piers Morgan and Master of Ceremonies Rory Bremner will host an evening of celebrity memories of walking with Sir Ian and there will be live performances headlined by Status Quo.

An Evening at Le Manoir aux Quat'Saisons

Saturday 30 May 2009, Great Milton, Oxford.

Sarah Thompson held an evening at Raymond Blanc’s Le Manoir aux Quat' Saisons in memory of her late husband Andrew, who died aged 53 of chronic lymphocytic leukaemia in 2007.
The evening was a great success, which comprised of a 5-course meal, a chocolate tasting session as well as a main auction and a silent auction.

The Bunbury Bashes - A Tribute to the Ashes

Saturday 9 May 2009, The Grosvenor House Hotel, London.

Master of Ceremonies was Rory Bremner with entertainment from Peter Kay.
Piers Morgan hosted an audience with great sporting rivals including Sir Ian Botham, Allan Lamb and Lawrence Dallaglio. The evening finished with a live performance by Eric Clapton.

Robert Bigland's Forget Me Not Ball

Tuesday 14 October 2008, Hilton Waldorf.

Robert Bigland was diagnosed with chronic lymphatic leukaemia in 2002 and sadly lost his fight in 2007.
His wife Biddy, and his family planned the event in order to raise as much money as possible so that vital research can continue. The evening was a fantastic sucess, raising over £90,000!
