Michelin-starred chefs line-up to support the specialist Leukaemia centre at Hammersmith Hospital.
 |  | ‘Who’s Cooking Dinner?' has been one of the most exclusive events in the London food world for over a decade. On Monday 8 March 2010, twenty top chefs will prepare a meal for 200 diners who can than also bid for the culinary masters to cook dinner in their home. The event will be held at The Langham, London to raise money for the ‘Leuka Appeal’ at Hammersmith Hospital.
To date, this cooking extravaganza has raised over £3.1 million for the specialist leukaemia centre at Hammersmith Hospital, and continues to make a real difference to the lives of leukaemia patients both here in the UK and abroad. |

| An Evening at Le Manoir aux Quat'Saisons | Saturday 30 May 2009, Great Milton, Oxford.
Sarah Thompson held an evening at Raymond Blanc’s Le Manoir aux Quat' Saisons in memory of her late husband Andrew, who died aged 53 of chronic lymphocytic leukaemia in 2007. The evening was a great success, which comprised of a 5-course meal, a chocolate tasting session as well as a main auction and a silent auction.

Master of Ceremonies was Rory Bremner with entertainment from Peter Kay. Piers Morgan hosted an audience with great sporting rivals including Sir Ian Botham, Allan Lamb and Lawrence Dallaglio. Robert Bigland was diagnosed with chronic lymphatic leukaemia in 2002 and sadly lost his fight in 2007. His wife Biddy, and his family planned the event in order to raise as much money as possible so that vital research can continue. The evening was a fantastic sucess, raising over £90,000!
