| | We need to raise £100 million over the next 5 years. We really need more people in communities everywhere to help us raise money and awareness.
If you already know what fundraising you'd like to do get in touch and let us know, and request a fundraising information pack here. Or call Rebecca Andlaw on 020 7269 9091.
We can help with materials and advice on how to organise your activity and, most importantly, how to ensure your efforts are successful.
If you are looking for fundraising ideas, how about...
| Getting sponsorship for an event |
 | | Rosella and Emily did a sponsored silence and a sponsored run around their garden in memory of their grandad John Diffen.
You could swim, slim, cycle, run, shave your head, keep silent, climb, walk or maybe you could give up something like smoking, taking the lift, eating chocolate or drinking beer the list is only limited by your imagination!
 |
 | | Sharan Berry held a Gangsters ball in memory of a family friend, Ben Johnson.
Hold a ball, football tournament, auction, raffle quiz or karaoke night. This is a great way to get all your friends together to remember the special person you have lost and to have a good time together in their memory. The event can be as big or as little as you choose, you might be able to get a local venue for free and we can give you posters to help you advertise your event. You just need to decide how much to charge people to come and enjoy the fun with you! |
 | | Happy Birthday! You don’t really need another pair of superman socks do you?!
Why not make your birthday or wedding celebrations extra special by asking for donations to a Forget Me Not Fund in lieu of gifts. We can provide donation in lieu cards for you to send out with your invitations to make your guests aware that you are supporting Leukaemia & Lymphoma Research.

 | | If your company organises a matched giving scheme ask them to support you in your fundraising.
Hold fundraising events such as dress down days or ask colleagues to jog, walk or cycle to work and donate their savings. Don't forget to put our name forward if your company supports a charity for the year!
Evgeni Jordanov and three of his colleagues climbed Mount Kilamanjaro and their company matched their donations through the matched giving scheme at their work, they doubled the amount they were able to raise for their friend Stoyan’s Forget Me Not Fund! |
| Fundraise at school or college |
 | | This group of children took part in a Bikeathon organised by their school.
Ask your teachers if you can hold a non-uniform day, organise a staff vs student sports match, or how about selling the Forget Me Not pin badges at lunchtime? We have loads of other ideas to help you and your school friends get involved, contact us to find out more!
