| | Join Sir Ian Botham as he celebrates 25 years of walking for Leukaemia & Lymphoma Research. Sir Ian, our President, is leading with his feet in our 50th year! He will be stepping out on ‘Beefy’s Great Forget Me Not Walk’ in April 2010.
Over 10 days Beefy, along with a host of celebrities, will walk through 10 towns in the UK to raise money for Leukaemia & Lymphoma Research. Due to the success of the walk in 2008, Beefy is again inviting members of the public to walk with him in exchange for their own sponsorship. This was a huge success and attracted much interest from the media – media coverage of the 2008 walk was valued at £1.3million.

| | | The impact of your sponsorship |
More young people die from blood cancers than any other cancer. When Sir Ian started fundraising for us only 2 out of ten children survived. Today, because of our research, 9 out of ten survive. So we know our research works. But, we have much more to do, which is why Sir Ian is taking to the streets again!
